The development encompasses a total built-up area of approximately 1,936,581 m2 and features 11,656 residential units spread across 6 main residential areas comprising 229 buildings. Occupying about 196,289 m2, the district offers a wide array of services. The residential units vary in size and spatial configuration, spanning from 4 to 7-storey blocks, catering to diverse housing needs.
Latin DistrictProject Scope
Construction and finishes (architectural and MEP) works for 10 clusters encompassing 41 residential buildings, including podiums, are part of this project. The residential buildings consist of 9 different types, each designed to accommodate various spatial needs. Additionally, the scope includes infrastructure development and landscape design for the plaza area, enhancing the overall environment and functionality of the residential clusters.
