The development of Warraq Island involves the transformation of an agricultural island located in the Nile River near Cairo, Egypt. The scope includes urban planning, architectural design, infrastructure development, and environmental considerations to accommodate residential and commercial zones while preserving its agricultural heritage and historical significance. Additionally, the project includes the execution of 18 fully finished residential buildings, each consisting of a basement and 10 floors, with a total built-up area of 124,290 m2.
