The project entails the execution of skeleton and facade works for 12 restaurants, 4 commercial buildings, a Roman theater, a fountain, and a steel gate. Additionally, it includes all infrastructure development, as well as hardscape and softscape works for the general site, ensuring a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing environment.
