With over 40 years of experience in construction development, El Gamal owned his expertise in management and innovation. As a Civil Engineering graduate, he brings a strong educational foundation to his leadership role. El Gamal is a certified consultant in “Total Quality Management (TQM)” and has completed programs in Leadership Excellence as well as the Latest Technological Developments in the field of Construction & Energy Efficiency. He is committed to staying at the forefront of the industry.

As one of the visionary leaders in the Egyptian business landscape, El Gamal serves as a board member of some governmental companies. He is a former founding board member of the Administrative Capital for Urban Development. Furthermore, he actively contributes as a board member to the Ministry of Transportation for Investments and Projects, the largest Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) developer in Egypt. Eng. El Gamal’s influence extends beyond national borders. He holds positions as a board member in eight international chambers and councils, where he contributes his insights and expertise to the global business community.
